Rather than using questionnaires we decided to use an online tool and chose SurveyMonkey.com which is free for the basic version. This meant we could get a response very quickly but it did mean that we had to ask a limited range of multiple choice questions. However, after only 24 hours we received thirteen responses from the thirty people that were emailed. We were very pleased with this response.
