Overcoming The Barriers Of Production.

As we started planning our media production we didn't encounter and problems and every member of the group was dedicated to the project. For our sets and location we made the most of what was at hand, we used our knowledge of areas within Manchester and other areas such as Salford Quays. Though we encountered a few problems individually in finding the meeting place at some of these locations it rarely delayed the objective that was set for that particular day.

The weather was certainly a barrier, as it prevented us on several occasions from finding suitable places to shoot our video. But we made the best of a bad situation and used our umbrellas to shield the camera from the rain so that we could continue filming. Throughout filming we used our knowledge of the area to find secretive locations that would benefit the filming of the video. For example the underground tunnels in Hulme, Manchester.
After we finished the practical stage of our video production, we had to start editing and designing. We did not have any knowledge at this stage about any of the software we had to use, luckily we had members that were dedicated to the subject, and despite having a member of the group who was doing the subject for the first time, we all put the effort in and were more than happy with the results.
